About Katariina Jalas - Leadership and Career Coach
Founding Jalas Coaching in 2014 was the logical and almost inevitable outcome of working as an international HR professional since 2000. Transitioning into the role of a Leadership and Career Coach came from a desire to help people with their work-related issues in a more holistic way.
My particular areas of interest include dealing with issues such as career and leadership transitions, workplace relationships, enhancing your leadership style, confidence, stress management, portfolio careers, the entrepreneurial career and work/life balance.
I am interested in what lies below the surface in terms of individuals’ backgrounds and motivations. Therefore my approach to coaching is supported by an awareness of human development and psychology.
